Welcome to Florida International Museum - the first stop on the North American tour of Vatican Splendors – one of the largest collections of art, documents and historically significant objects from the Vatican . See unique objects illustrating the Vatican 's impact on history and culture through 2,000 years, some of which have never before been seen in the Vatican itself.

 Vatican Splendors commemorates the 500 th anniversary of Saint Peter's Basilica, the founding of the Vatican Museums; Michelangelo's painting of the Sistine Chapel ceiling and the establishment of the Swiss Guard.

Tickets to the exhibition are subject to availability based on timed-entry admissions. Reservations are strongly encouraged due to the high volume of guests expected at this exhibit. Tickets can be purchased at the Museum box office in person or by calling 727-341-7912, at all Ticketmaster locations, www.ticketmaster.com , or by calling 727-898-2100 ( St. Petersburg ), 813-287-8844 ( Tampa ).

Beginning April 28th museum hours will be Monday-Friday, 9 am – 9 pm. Saturday, 9am-6pm and Sunday, 11 am-6 pm. Last entry is at 7 pm Monday-Friday and 5pm Saturday and Sunday. Museum box office is open during exhibition hours.
